WebJul 19, 2024 · Like others have said already, VP's have less to do with how much population lives in a state, but far more with how strategically important a state/province was. Or simply for game play reasons. VP's determine the speed of capitulation. It's a percentage based on how much VP in total there is in a nation vs. how much of that is occupied by enemies WebMillennium Dawn Victory Point Map. This is the HoI4's province map overlayed to the 20xx's EU4 Extended Timeline start date. The actual HOI4 province map was incompatible since it was meant for World War 2 borders. Had to download the Millennium Dawn mod and create a frame border between the different colors. Good eye with the EUIV one, though.
