WebHuckleberry has better range than Recluse in Crucible. I do use them both, and when I use Recluse, I know I have to get a little closer to the enemy Guardian than I do with Hucklemonster. Recluse is good for void activities in PVE, of course. I like them both, and I have the Huckleberry catalyst which turns Huckleberry into Hucklemonster.
